Our job at that point is simple: inspect, explain, and give you clear next steps. We assess the entire home — shingle condition, decking, flashing, ventilation and the gutters that carry water away from it. You get photographs of what we find, a written scope of work, and our best price.

What happens during a free on-site inspection?
We get on the roof and assess the complete system — shingle condition, decking, flashing, ventilation and gutters. You get photographs of what we find and a written scope and price. No cost, and no obligation to go ahead.

Do you work with insurance after storm damage?
We document damage with photographs and a written assessment so you have the evidence your adjuster needs.
Will you tell me if I do not need a new roof?
Yes. Plenty of inspections end with us saying the roof has years left in it. That is a useful answer too, and it is why people call us back when the time does come.
