Which gutter guards do you install?
GutterDome stainless-steel gutter guards. They keep leaves and debris out while letting water through, fit most existing gutters or go on with new ones, and carry a 30-year transferable warranty.
Will I ever need to clean my gutters again?
The guards are designed to end the routine cleanout. We will tell you honestly what to expect for your particular roof — a house under heavy tree cover behaves differently to one in the open.
Can guards go on my existing gutters?
Usually, yes, provided the gutters are sound and correctly sized. We check that during the inspection and tell you if the gutters themselves are the actual problem.
What does the 30-year warranty cover?
It is a transferable warranty on the gutter protection system, so it stays with the house if you sell. The full terms are on your estimate before you agree to anything.
Do guards help with ice in winter?
Keeping the run clear stops the standing water that freezes and backs up under the shingle edge. It is one part of the picture — ventilation and insulation matter too, and we look at those during the inspection.
