Free, and with no obligation. We look at the house and talk through what you want it to do.
We design the layout
Track runs are planned to the rooflines, the layout is chosen, and zones are set so the front and back can behave differently.
We install it
Factory-trained installers, with the track color-matched and tucked into the roofline so it reads as trim in daylight.
We set up the app
Before we leave we walk you through the app, set your first scenes and schedules, and make sure you can run it yourself.

What is permanent exterior lighting?
An LED track installed along the roofline that stays up all year and runs from a phone app: accent light every night, colors for game days and parties, and holiday displays. We install JellyFish Lighting, which is UL and ETL listed and backed by a 25-year warranty.
Do I need a smart home hub?
No. The controller connects to your home Wi-Fi and the app does the rest. If you already use Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Control4 or Nice-Elan, it connects to those too, but it never depends on them.
Can you see it during the day?
The track is color-matched to your soffit and trim and tucked into the roofline, so from the ground it reads as trim.
How long does it last?
The lens is UV-resistant acrylic that resists sun bleaching, the casings are silicone-filled and rated IP67, and a redundant data wire keeps the rest of the run working if one light goes out. The system is backed by a 25-year warranty.
Will it run up my electricity bill?
Each light uses less than one watt at full bright white, and schedules mean it is only on when you want it.
Can it be installed with a new roof?
That is the ideal time. The crew is already on the roofline, and the track goes in cleanly against new trim and gutters.
Do you install the rest of the JellyFish line?
Yes. We install the complete JellyFish line: roofline lighting, landscape lights (pathway, cylinder and spotlight), patio lights, the Saber Series and the Music Box. Choose one or combine several, all run from the same app, and we plan them at the free consultation.
